Hard copies of project Operation and Maintenance Manuals are just that, a physical hard-copy produced that provides the same information as the electronic version, with a few exceptions. The hard copy includes all pertinent information lined out by specification section. Not all trades provide work and materials that require maintenance, service or care after project completion. However, the manual includes contact information for all that are involved in the project from the design team to sub-contractors and suppliers, as well as the necessary warranty letters, design criteria, certificates of occupancy and any other documents that are gathered upon close-out.
